| We are a young responsible family (2 adults, a toddler). My husband has a reliable steady job and I am a stay at home mom. We are looking for a house/townhouse or suite within a house (No basements please) starting March 1st. We have excellent references. We are non-smoking and have no pets. Ideally we would like:
- Insuite Laundry
- A yard or part of a yard (I would love to be able to plant flowers)
- storage space
- a quiet family street
- around 1000 sq. feet or more
- 2 bedroom with den/office or a 3 Bedroom
- rent at or below $1650 inclusive
- a clean, updated, spacious unit.

| We are a professional couple looking for a 3-4 bedroom home/apartment with a fenced yard to rent in the Beaches in late spring or early summer. We are experienced home stagers (renovators) and are interested in working with a landlord who may be considering upgrading his/her property. We would offer our expertise in consultation and labour in return for a reasonable rental agreement. We are very good at what we do and are more than willing to provide a list of references to an interested landlord. It is very important that we find the right property to meet our needs as we are hoping to broaden our business perspective to the Toronto area working out of our home location.
