I am a single mother of a 4 year old
little girl. She caught a sickness bug
during the night and the next day, my
employer was very sympathetic and
gave me the day to tend to her. It
was a freezing day, I called the
doctors office for an appointment but
the doctors had left for the weekend.
I explained how stranded I felt,
couldn't get out to pick anything up for
Zoe and how she was running a
fever. The Receptionist was " so"
understanding and helpful, she
personally walked over to my place
and brought me a bag of tylenol
samples, pedialite etc, (even some
chocolates for mum!). I'd just like to say how much I greatly
appreciated this ladies kind help and
how less nowadays we see this kind
of deep down care. The ladies name I don't recall, but
her office is : Beach Clinic on the
corner of Beach Ave. and Kingston
Road. The day mentioned was
Friday 7th January, 05.
