Local residents may want to be aware of an upcoming public meeting to
discuss the Beaches Streetcar Track Reconstruction project. It will be
hosted by Deputy Mayor Bussin, the TTC, and Toronto Works and Emergency
Services staff. The Project team will be laying out the construction
details and staging, and asking for public comment into the traffic
management plan. Date: Wednesday February 9th, 2005.
Time: 6:30pm - 9:00pm
Formal Presentation and Question and Answer Session 8:00-9:00pm
Location: Beaches Recreation Centre - 6 Williamson Road A project website will be up in the coming weeks at
http://www.toronto.ca/involved/ and a general information phone line with
the construction schedule is running at 416-338-2003
