A.A.H. has worked with clients in Canada, Asia and in Europe on a variety of large and small scale projects. Adrian Heaps's own background is rooted in the cultural and related industries, where he garnered experience in stage production and then administrative roles. In subsequent years he co-founded one of Canada's most successful independent music labels where he managed the international and domestic operations.

With a growing reputation, he started his own company in 1990 to cater to large and small event-minded organizations where he specialized in short and long term business ventures. He is currently teaching Business Management at a community college, where he is also developing a long term business plan. He has lectured at University of Toronto, York University and conducted major seminars with several levels of governments and organizations in Canada, Europe and Asia.

The company's specialty is to provide a business perspective to clients with new ideas and to reinforce or to improve existing business ventures.

For new projects, a phone conversation usually provides enough information for the client to decide whether there is a philosophical basis for continuing. A follow up meeting is held and an introductory rate is provided, along with some cursory ideas to let the client know that his project and A.A.H. can work together.

AAH's mandate is to work with a select group of organizations and entrepreneurs that provide a broad spectrum of challenges and new ideas for today's economy.
